2 ip addy's and 4 computers

Ok apt-mate is saying she wants her own IP addy so she can play games. Currently, I put 2 nics in her win98se box and used ICS. The rest of us 3 run off the switch. So far we have no problems with 1 IP. If we get another IP addy (2 total) how should I network all 4 computers? She has to have her own IP and us 3 share the other.

If your ISP gives you two IP's then your scenario needs to go something like this:

Off the DSL modem needs to come a hub or switch. Then hers and PC number 2 plug in to it, with an IP for each. Two Nics in PC number 2 and running ICS. A hub or switch off of PC number 2 and the other two PC's plugged into it.

Ok, that's what I thought. She thought just running from modem to switch would work...but it's not logical. I like your setup. Thanx.
