Hey everyone
First post here. Dont know enough about networking and stuff, so you might have to forgive my ignorance.
I have been looking for a wireless usb adapter to connect to my home wireless network. And then I realized, I also needed a wireless usb bluetooth adapter to access stuff from my cell phone. So I thought maybe there is a 2-in-1 adapter. I tried looking for something like that, but obviously found nothing. But I thought maybe I should check it out anyways. So, if any of you guys know anything about the existence of such a product, do let me know. Thanks

None that I'm aware of, but there's another consideration:

Bluetooth uses the same spectrum as 802.11b and 802.11g - it uses the WHOLE spectrum. When you fire up Bluetooth, it pretty much interferes with the entire 2.4G wireless band.

It would be a "Bad Thing" to operate both all the time in such proximity.

Reference: CWNA study material, followed up by a little work with a spectrum analyzer.

Get a separate Bluetooth fob and only light it up when you need an update.

FWIW
