2 identical eVGA 7600GS cards?

I found 2 cards on newegg this one, and this one (both eVGA 7600GS).

they have the exact same specifications but the first one is 130$ and the other one is 110$ -10$ rebate = 100$

also on evga's site I can't find the first one listed anywhere.

What's the deal with this???

I see no difference at all between the two of them........so go for the $99 after rebate version
