isn't fastest SCSI up to like 160mb/sec and 15,000 rpm? I have IDE RAID, but heck I think i'd have to go with the SCSI here.

Course the IDE RAID would be about 1/30th the price, like $350 for 90 gigs Deskstar RAID and card vs $3000 for 160mb/sec 15,000 rpm 90gig with controller.

RAID 1+0 is RAID 10, but RAID 0+1 is not. RAID 1+0 is a stripe of a mirror where 0+1 is a mirror of a stripe. 1+0 is more secure because you can lose any 2 drives in a 4 drive array and still have your data, where as with 0+1 depending on which 2 drives you loose, you will lose all your data.
