Hello !
Is there any problems for partitionning my raid 0 with 2 HD with 40gigs each under W98SE. What's the 64 gig limit under W98 and the 128 gig limit under W2K.

correct me if i'm wrong - isn't it when your raid your hdd you can't partition as a regular hdd.

I don't buy the HD yet ! Sorry for the mystake ! They will be available end of the month.
The problem is still philosophical or perhaps not....!
I read in the promise forum that they was a limitation under W98SE with the partition lenght of 64 gigs max under W2K it was 128 gigs. So I want to know before buying the 2 HD if I could have problems and perhaps couldn't use the 80 gigs of my Raid0 array. What is this limitation . Is it for one partition or for the entire harddisk ?

Dude, you won't have a problem with ONE 80GB partition under 98SE. When you FDISK it will show something like 6-7GB (80-64=6). Don't worry about it, just FDISK as normal and when you install 98, it will see the entire 80GB drive. 😉
