2 harddrives with 2 os

Hi,

currently using WD Raptor 36G harddrive, find it really fast. however it is not big enough.
I have another Maxtor 160G harddrive sitting right beside it, however it installed Windows XP pro.
Both harddrive with the same OS, Windows XP pro, SP2.

I want to use my Raptor as my primary, and my Maxtor for BT and storage.

How can i disable the OS on my Maxtor, i don't care if i can remove the hold OS, i just need the movies, mp3 back.

how should i do so?
