2 hard drives , burner and cd-rom drive. What order?

How should I set this up? Right now I have 40 gig ata133 HD as Pri. master, 45 gig ata100 as pri. slave., burner as sec. master and cdrom as sec. slave. Also when I installed the 45 gig hd XP set the drive letters as 40 gig C: , 40 gig partition D: , Burner E: , cdrom F:
and 45 gig G: Is there any way to change the 45 gig to E: and make the burner and cdrom F: and G: without swapping drives around?

Yes, if you go into the manager window, you can adjust all of that.

cONTROL Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Disk Mangement under "Storage"
