2 Hard drive Problem

Ok so I have two ATA MAXOR harddrives. One is 120 GB the other is 100GB. The problem I am having is that windows only recognizes 1 of them. If I look in BIOS it shows both hard drives; however, if I got to "My Computer" it simply shows the 120 GB. What should I do to fix this?

Side info:
Master=120GB
Slave=100GB

Go to Administrative tools/computer management/Storage/Disk management. Right Click on the empty 100GB drive and create a Partition and format it.

dang it. I wish this thread was posted when I installed my second sata drive. I used the included HD software to partition and format it.
