2 Gigabyte mothers

I was looking at these two motherboards, but can't tell if there's really a significant difference. I don't see myself using 16gb of ram within the life of this motherboard, so it's not really an issue.

Neither get this one its the new hotness and overclocks like crazy and its only a few bucks more then the other 2.
