2 gig XEON + Intel 860 overclocking

I have come across a HP Workstation x4000 that currently has a 2 ghz XEON on an Intel 860 m/b . There are no bios options for overclocking . Anyone know of how I could get some more ooomph out of this thing without buying a faster XEON ?
