2 freeze episodes, not 1803 related

Windows 10 Pro, 15063.1058 (1703/RS2)

On 4/16, mouse and keyboard froze. I couldn't navigate away from the stuff I was working on, so I waited to see if it would work itself out.

I use my TV as my monitor, so after some time, gambling on the unlikely chance that it would snap out of it, I switched inputs to the TV.

I came back in about an hour, and to my surprise, it was back to normal.
Same symptoms on 4/29.

I have images of the Reliability Monitor critical events. I didn't realize at the time but there was actually 2 events on 4/16







I know the causes appear to be different, but these correspond to the only 2 days it happened
 
So what changes happened leading up to these errors? Any hardware upgrades? Windows re-install? Driver updates? Virus removal? How long had you been running this configuration before you started seeing these errors?

Hmmm. This is interesting. No hardware changes. No antivirus.

I keep very relatively little non-curricular stuff installed on my OS (I like to go with portable whenever I can)


Six items are shown installed on 4\16, the day of the first freeze. I can't recall for sure, but that coincidence is probably due to me restoring a Macrium backup (dated 1-1-18) on that day, explaining the Windows Update of the Intel driver, and me manually updating Flash, and installing Pushbullet. One curious thing about that day is the Intel driver version. HWINFO & Speccy both shows later version 23.20.16.4973.

On 4/29, you see in latest Smart Switch install. Also a day that I did a Macrium restore and backup.

The one thing that stands out to me here is Pushbullet, because it's latest version hasn't been updated since 9/24/16
 
Are you sharing the internet connection on this computer by chance? This appears to be a known issue on that build of Windows (1709).

In the bios settings, without knowing EXACTLY what you have for equipment, I do not have a clue where it may be hiding. It may not be an option for your machine
