I ordered last night, and due to my domain issues as of right now, I put "TBA Later" or something close for now.

I think I've cleared it up, so what do I do now? Since I'm on pending I guess, does it mean I just tell em I have the domain now? Or do they give me some kind of info where I can login and then put my own domain there? I'm lost.. x_X

We put you in the pending pile until you're ready with a domian name and then we set you up.

Sorry on the answering delay but it's been a very busy new year so far and I've been swamped trying to keep things coordinated.

Yes the sale is over and thanks a bunch to everyone who signed up or upgraded and made it a successful end to a successful year.

Gary,

Any idea when your outage issues will be resolved or when www23 will be back online? I signed up as a reseller during the sale. My server has been down now for over 18 hours with no official information as to why. There are rumors being posted in the user support forums, but nothing from anyone affiliated with Dixiesys. Can you please give us some status updates on the situation? I have nothing to tell my customers.

To someone who is still recovering from the Cyberwings fiasco, this smells nasty.

When I said it "smells" like Cyberwings, I meant the lack of communication. It's frustrating that my server was down for nearly 24 hours, and the only post from a Dixiesys employee in the reseller thread was made after the server was back online. That's not good customer service.

It's a nice deal, but be careful. The administration Dixiesys uses is the most un-user-friendly I have ever come across. Try to be a newbie and use their hosting and you'll be lost.

I would recommend www.icdsoft.com

I've used them for 2 years now, and my grandmother could maintain a website with how easy they make it. I would love for Dixiesys to get a more user-friendly interface for administration.

Sorry man but this post has been dead for over a month... no need to resurrect it.
