It figures... I went to see Italian Job last night and as my friends and I were getting tickets, this group of wanker 16 year old kids came up to the ticket booth talking about how they wanted to see how the skyline was going to OwNZ all t3h r4c3 c4rs.

Goes to show how the quality of the movies, and the audience is dropping dramatically.

I'm surprised it made that much money. iirc that's more than what the first movie made the first weekend (however, not accounting for the fact that ticket prices have gone up in the past 2 years)

Exactly. There have been much worse movies made; just because it's the "cool" thing to do to bash ricers on this board doesn't mean you have to. Must suck to be this concerned over how other people decide to spend their time.

Lord forbid if someone ever mentions ricers, liberals, and rap in the same thread.
 
I would say this is the worst news for legitimate movies, but I know that the Kelly Clarkson movie is coming out...

Have you guys even seen the movie? It's not that freaking bad and its not about ricers..not this time.
 
Not just ricers BY FAR at the theatre I saw it at. Ladies were swooning over Tyrese🙂 You would have thought it was a comedy at this theatre, the audience was rolling in the floor at everything Tyrese said.

I think this movie draws 3/4 car and action movie enthusiast crowd, 1/4 black interest because of Tyrese and Ludacris.

Try $8 at the non stadium seating theaters and $9 at the stadium seating theater.

Anyways they did pay respect to American muscle in this movie too. Some nice classic muscle cars in it.
