2 Ethernet Port USB Dongle

Does anyone make a USB adapter that has 2 NICs?

I have never heard of one and not really sure what the purpose would be. Just get 2 usb nic's and plug them both in?

Dont think so, but if having usb ports is the issue then you can get a hub for $10 and then get a second usb nic.

Why not buy a second NIC card (PCI/PCI-express)? It would cost about the same and provide better speeds
