If I didn't already have Austin Powers and Best in Show, they'd be worth $20...Best in Show is hilarious.

hehe sorry.. i am a lil grumpy.
there were couple movies I liked up there but I don't think they're worth the 20 beans for 2. 🙁

It's prolly a better deal to go through columbia house and get it that way for an overall cheaper price.


I mean if you're gonna purchase dvd's over a span of time you're gonna purchase more than 2. why not have a larger selection ?

Yeah, I'm still waiting for that 5 for $25 deal again from Columbia House. Of course, I have a feeling that it will be a while.
 
2 movies for $20 is very common, just keep a lookout for your BestBuy tuesdays newsletter. comes atleast every other week.

Green Mile is one of my absolute favorites. Michael Clarke Duncan is phenomenal...

my girlfriend made me sit and watch that. i could of fallen alseep. it had its moments, but overall not very good.

I assume that you are refering to Columbia House? There current promotion is 7 movies for 41.33...or about 5.90 a movie. Not exactly a flaming hot deal, but probably better then what is at your local BB, CC, or Target. Plus you can choose from all their movies. Sure you have to buy 3 more movies over the next couple of years, but wait for one of their better deals such as B1G2F, B1G unlimited 1/2 off, B1G unlimited $10 off and you can come out significantly ahead the what you would pay in the retail store, plus you don't have to wait around for a good retail sale.
 
I got in on this 2 for $20 deal from BB a few weeks back. The DVDs they are selling have TRAILERS before the movie. The labels on the DVD disks are printed in two-tone silver instead of full color like normal retail DVDs. However the boxes look perfectly normal on the outside.

Does anybody know how to tell the difference between normal retail DVDs and these "rental version" DVDs without opening the box??? I don't want any more of these in my collection.
