2 Different Asus A7Vs?

One comes with DIP switches that lets you change the multiplier on your AMD cpu once you unlock it, the other does not.
 
so do I also have to do something to the CPU to 'unlock' or do I just set jumpers on the mobo? Also...what do most people overclock Athlon 1 ghz to?

In order to overclock an AMD chip, you have to physically connect a couple bridges on the cpu, and then play with multiplier settings on the motherboard. I don't know how the 1Ghz chip overclocks, but i guess you should be able to reach at least 1.1Ghz.
