2 CPU's ?

Hi all,

I recently noticed that in my Device Manager, under CPU, I see the following:

also, during boot (I have a P4C800 with 2.6gig 800fsb HT ) I dont see the HT letters anymore on that logo ?

I have the P4P800 Deluxe which is very similar to what you have, the P4C800. Make sure you have the latest bios because earlier while I had HT enabled I did not see the slash marks at boot up but now I do.

i have 1007 and i always saw it , but not any more ?

That's just normal,it's because HT is enabled & working fine.

I downloaded this CPU ID Utility from Intel, I now see the following.

So that looks OK.

I just cant figure out how all of a sudden the Logo changed ? I though that it was permanent ?

ok, well call me a nut case ? but it seems that during reboots I don't see the HT letters in the P4 logo, but during shutdowns and startups I do!? anyhow, thanks for your help! ciao
