.2 clock speed vs 1 M L2 cache for computation

Hi I have thought about this for a while and post a thread before.

My purpose is for heavy computation and 20~30% regular using and game and do not plan to OC.

I discussed the coding experts in those computation company who are doing test for all chips. What they told me is the CPU clock speed is much more important than the L2 cache.
Therefore, I would say, if you do not plan to OC, don't care about L2 cache too much.
