2 choices to use to a desktop im building.. Celeron 2.4 Mobile 400bus (SL75J) or P4-M 1.6 400bus (SL5YU)

Which has the better potential? I plan on overclocking. I am told that the P4-M will default down to the lowest multiplier due to speedstep. The celeron does not seem to do this.

okay... the celeron 2.4 is running @ 3.2 133x4bus

I havent tried the 1.6 yet, but it clocks down to 1.2... so, i think im better off with the celeron.

Both of them are pieces of ******. Try an Athlon, or (cause you seem to want to have low heat) at least a P-M. The P4-M is really really bad.
