2 button vs 3 button suit for groomsmen

Any suggestions which one we should go for? 2 button seems more contempary, but the style we like only comes in the 3 button ...

just wondering what you folks think is better

Really depends on your groomsmen. If they are taller or thinner (or both), a 3 button suit works great. If they're short and stocky, IMHO 3 button just doesn't work. Same rule applies for tails.

obviously you would be better off getting 3 buttons over 2 if the price is the same.

i always thought 2 was more classic and 3 was more contemporary.

we got 3 buttons for everyone with vests.
