SKOKIE, Illinois (CNN) -- Two adults will be charged Wednesday in connection with the violent hazing incident earlier this month that was captured on videotape, prosecutors said.

I'm glad they're finally charging an adult. The kegs the high schoolers drank didn't come from the beer fairy...

Charged If that was my kid I would have them in court till they or I were flat broke. WTF is wrong with people? On the other hand if we allowed children a gradual progression twards alcohol as european parents do and they still do over there these kids would'nt have reacted so violently I believe.

So you're saying these kids acted violently because they didn't get to drink alcohol when they were younger?

"Steve Goebel, Cook County assistant state's attorney, said "alcohol clearly heightened the violence in this case and parents are partly to blame for what occurred."

Partly? They raised these "people" didn't they? Who else should we blame? The dumbasses who just sat there and took it all day?

"Oh, it's horrible, beat me some more so I can be cool like you and next year I will get to beat up some other defenseless girls. I have to sit here and let you do whatever you want becuase you are one year older than me, even though I refuse to listen to my own parents."

Can we just round up all the people in that town and beat them to death?

Don't get to excited about justice. In no way can it be the parents of the teen?s fault. Some bottom feeder will find a way to blame the victims, McDonalds or the Matrix movie as the real reason this happened. Could even be traced to Bush, right?

I was hoping nobody would see the real truth, yes, it has been all Bush's fault, as everything since the dawn of man has been.

anyone catch that Dr. Phil about teen drinking in the last month? Don't laugh too hard, I watched it at work. They had several parents that openly admitted to buying beer and stuff for their kids to drink with friends. The parents said it was safer in their minds because they think they can control the kids (like having them stay in the house, no driving, etc.). I wonder how that show would have taken a different turn if this hazing incident would have happened before the show aired?

What a sad situation for everyone involved. The parents aren't exactly bad people for providing beer for the parties, but they should still be responsible for their actions.

Did anyone see that the school has offered the students involved a deal so they can graduate with their class? They will have their grades temp. susupended but they will still be able to graduate (i think from another school). In return they must not sell their stories for use in movies, books, or television. Welcome to America! Heck the story might be worth more to those kids that a high-school diploma~!

at least the ones who bought beer and watched their kids get drunk were more responsible than these people, they let theirs run around like animals.

and yes a tv, book, or movie deal is more valuable than a HS diploma, you can get into college with the money and a GED......
