Wait. What do they mean balance due after applying the certificate? Seems like each subscription is due $10-20, on top of the $2.95 processing fee.

Read again: it is only for magazines in the "gift subscriptions" section. All the other sections are cheaper than many other places, but alot more than 2.95.
