I've got my RAM running at 2.8v, and I need to know if this is a relatively safe idea since it's the only way I can boot into Windows at a memory speed of 450mhz. It's OCZ PC3200, which means it's got some heavy copper heatsinks on the thing. As long as I don't notice any instability and it passes stress testing, should I be okay?

<---Running 2.9 on Samsung pc2700 for a year now. It should be ok. Memory is cheap so it's easily replaceable if you fry it.
