2.8C, IS7, and temps

My temps on my IS7 2.8C are around 50C idle (granted it is hot here) ... but I am hoping to lower the temps some.
I lookined into the 7000-Cu but it won't fit into my case (not enough room between the PSU and the HSF) ... so what other choices do I have?
AVC 117140 seems to get good reviews, but I've only seen reviews for a 1.7Ghz P4 ... so I don't think I want it.

What are some good options, as I'm having a hard time finding new heatsink reviews for upwards of 3Ghz P4s

I've both the alpha and the SLK900U.

Both is great coolers, but the SLK900 is definitively the best one.

SLK900 + 92mm fan = GREAT performance with low noise, think it will even beat the Zalman 7000.....

The SLK9000 is only the heatsink right? So I have to buy a 92mm fan to go ontop?
Does it fall within the weight limits (w/92mm fan)?
