This problem has been going on for quite a while here out west. It's long haul truckers. Even though freeway rest stops are no more than 50 miles apart, the bastards don't want to stop for a couple of minutes because of the time and fuel costs. It's BS and I'm glad to see WA state is finally cracking down.

My dad used to do that. he ran a pilot car service (escort for oversized loads) and the loads he got hired to escort do not stop for anything. But he never chucked the bottles out the window, he would bring them home and dump them in the toilet then throw the bottle away.

When I was a long haul trucker, I peed in a bottle while driving. I only pooped in a Walmart bag once, but if you were at the place I was, you would have pooped in the bag too:disgust:😱

I always threw my bottles in the trash😀
