2.5" HDD benchmarks

Hi,
I'm wondering if there are any recent benchmarks/roundups of 2.5" HDDs, including access time, transfer rates and power figures? I found an old one at Storage Review dating back to 2005, are those numbers still relevant today?

Also, are the power consumption of drives affected at all by what UDMA mode they're running at? i.e. if I hook up a UDMA6 drive to a UDMA4 controller, will there be any difference in power consumption(assuming the drive isn't bottlenecked by the UDMA4 mode, as most 2.5" drives aren't).
