New P4 2.4C system. Any advice on the following?

2.4C Retail - Stock cooling, currently no OC:

Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Hardware Monitor in BIOS:

CPU Temp 47C
MB Temp 30C
Q-Fan Control - Disabled
CPU Fan Speed 2311 RPM

V-Core 1.536
3.3V 3.248
5V 4.972
12V 11.856

Should I be concerned?

My system runs 46-48C under full load using a SLK900U with a 57cfm Panflo 92mm fan.

You are running about right for stock cooling. I would just keep the temps at <55C and
the vcore at <1.60v as you overclock.

unfortunately, since you're at 47C (assuming this is not under load) your temps will go up (probably around 55-60) at load.
