2.4B, IT7 and Corsair PC3500

First post folks. Be gentle.

Plan to take the CPU to 160 (maybe 161 if possible), and use the 3:4 multiplyer to get 214 on the memory.

Any steps I need to check out? Voltages, jumpers etc
