2.26b.. 2550 at 1.4volts.. would i get more by changing volts?

i have 2xcrucial ddr pc2100 ram (dc)... sposedly ocs well? anyway, how do i get like 3gig, is what im aiming for. ta

just a quick note: i want this cpu to last at least 6months... so i dont want crazy voltages 🙂, but heats not an issue, so long as i stay below 60 degrees idle.. ( stock hs/f atm with 50 deg idle)

Well your memory is holding you back... a lot, especially since you aren't running it in sync with your FSB. First thing you need to do is get new memory. Also i would advise you to get a thermalright or equivelent cooler. (DO NOT GET THERMALTAKE, GET THERMALIGHT, also zalman is good). And then get a nice panaflo fan. Your computer isn't really ready to make it any farther.

i am running sync.. my memory now has a bandiwdth of 4800gb/s, (dual chann, 150 fsb)

Is it running at 50F idle or 50C, if it's 50C, that's pretty hot.

50c, but meh, its not too bad, it only starts throttling at like 80 C.. so im ok
