2-2-2-5 ram timing's on corsair value?

I was just wondering if i can get 2-2-2-5 cas latency timing's on my corsair ram.

the ram i have:

I tried to boot with 2-2-2-5 ended up finding my clear cmos button. Can i get these timings? how? raise voltages?

I see you have an Athlon 64. In that case, timings dont mean much anyway. But anyway, i think you would have to push some crazy volts to get those timings on the Value stuff.

Yeah, you could kill your RAM pushing it into lower timings.

If you could get 2-2-2-5 out of value memory, they wouldn't bother selling the performance stuff.

I don't understand everybody's obsession with a tRAS of 5. It's not even an ideal number.
