2.1V memory for initial boot

I have a DFI LANPARTY DK P35-T2RS motherboard and a Q6600.

I am considering between the following G.SKILL memory.
I will do mild overclocking.

Will the higher rated volt types be less likely to boot for me initially?
I do not have any other RAM to get a post with. I have read stories about how somtimes a board won't boot unless you use a stick of cheap ram and set the voltage higher first.
I dunno.

I would probably go with one to the ones rated at 2+volts, but I want to be certain of the ability to get an initial boot.

Thank You.

G.SKILL 6400
F2-6400CL5D-4GBPQ
Timing: 5-5-5-15
Voltage: 1.8V - 1.9V

G.SKILL 6400
F2-6400CL4D-4GBPK
Timing: 4-4-4-12
Voltage: 2.0V - 2.1V

G.SKILL 8000
F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ
Timing: 5-5-5-15
Voltage: 2.0V - 2.1V

P.S. I will run a program that frequently reads-in another programs memory.
Any suggestions on which type would be fastest for that?

That's exactly what i have running 4x2GB right now. Mushkin stuff is great, and you always want to start with 1.8v if possible since it's JDEC spec.

Do not use higher volt ones, because that's saying those chips need higher volt to even work at 800mhz. If you want faster speed, you can always overvolt the chips yourself.

Well, technically it's saying 2.1-2.2V at whatever timings the modules are rated for. It's still possible they'd work at DDR2-800 5-5-5-18 or similar.

I have 2 mixed set of memories:

1. 1x2 G.Skill 5-5-5-15, 1.9v(1.8?)
2. 2x2 G.Skill 4-4-4-12, 2.1v

and they work fine 4-4-4-12 @ 401mhz, 2.1v.
