2.1mpix Digital Camera Choices...

I'm deciding between a few digital cams... Any input is greatly appreciated
Kodak DC3400
Fuji Finepix 2400
Canon Powershot A20
Now I need to stay under 300, and these all are in there. Any thoughts?

snoop around the HD forums, I recall that you might be able to get a kodak DC4800 for around 300 (this is a 3 megapixel cam)
