This was, quite possibly, the single worst episode I have ever seen. They have managed yet another low point.

This is so sad. It's like watching a loved one die of a slow degenerative disease.

The Superbowl episode sucked, but the one last night was good. I liked it a lot.

Wasn't it, though? I don't think I've cringed that much is a loooong time.

Well I'd like to comment, but I don't remember what it was about or if I found it funny. My memory sucks.

Think rappers and Bart faking a kidnapping.

you are crazy, it was funny. it had some great parts!

(Milhouse playing frisbee with himself)
Milhouse: This just isn't fun anymore without bart here to watch me.

(Homer hears that bart has been kidnapped)
Homer: OH NO! BART WONT BE HERE FOR THANKSGIVING DINNER!!!
Marge: Homer, Thanksgiving isn't for another 6 months (or something to that effect).
Homer: THE BAD NEWS JUST KEEPS ON COMING!!!
*Homer cries*

hahaha that was great! the simpsons still has it IMO! there have been some great ones this season! I also loved the parody on 8 mile, and the part where Homer used Maggie's sucking on the pacifier as a beat to rap to. and the shoe closet was great also.

Monotonous and long dead before the punch line was pulled. A cheap attempt to try and copy Family Guy style jokes

Predictable

Simply awful and some of the most cringe-worthy parts.

Yea, it was a disappointment. But Arrested Development saved the day! :D
It sure did :)

I remember there was a time about five years ago when I wouldn't miss a Simpsons episode for the world...then they slowly got worse and I stopped caring.

And Amused is right about the cringing. It just seems like they're trying so hard to force all the jokes

Another Arrested Development fan! Great episode yesterday. Not the best one, but quite good.

At best I got a chuckle out of the new ones... so I stopped watching. I do catch the reruns of the golden age, though. Ah, Sideshow Bob eps were great.

Horrible - but the "Passion of the Christ/Veggie Tales" spoof on the TV was gold! Especially if you're a parent and have ever seen a Veggie Tales film. That was unexpected and wacky - sorta had a Family Guy quality, there. Hmmm..
