5) placement restrictions - Receiver will be place off to the side in the corner. Planning to place two floorstanding speakers on either side of a 110 " projector screen and run the wires under the carpet.

Get an Nvidia shield, a good 4k blu-ray player and a decent set of Polk floor standers; all should come to less than $600. If you need at Tv too etc check bensbargains.com for all.
