These are like two times more expensive than a laptop with the same size of screen. Anyway know where to get one that I won't get ripped off?
 
The market is just that much smaller and less competitive and purchasers of such devices are usually spending OPM, so costs and options aren't necessarily as tightly scrutinized as they might otherwise be. So make your own out of a low-end notebook or one of those computer in a keyboard things, and a KVM switch and a 1 or 2U drawer.
