1U Lan server plans coming together!

I'm making a dual cpu 1U rack server for lan parties, and I got to thinking... damn this stuff is expensive! 🙂
I have the mobo, all hardware, etc, all I need to decide on is a power supply.. is 180w good enough for 1hdd, 2cpu's, and a mobo with 2 integrated NIC's? I think it would be but hey it's always nice to ask first 🙂

2 CD devices (rarely used together)
2 HD
P3 - 667
Rage Fury graphics card
3com WLAN card
Live! Vaule sound

on an Enlight 250W PSU as bundled with my Enlight 7237 case. works ok for me.
