Some BIOS (like my Epox ones) will say what its set at (Auto, 1T, 2T) and then what its running at (so if its set to Auto it will also say the speed its running at)

doesnt hurt to check

Does that mean I'm at 1T? The 1CMD? Is that good? Or wut?
