I got this board and a P4 2.4B cpu this week.
I must say I'm highly impressed with it.
The features on the board qualify it much like the Soyo Dragon or MSI Ultra boards.
Onboard Lan, 4 backside USB 2.0 ports, 5.1 digital. Highpoint RAID thats subs also for 2 ATA133 IDE. ( Total 8 IDE available on the board)
Also the motherboard has the Integrated video hence the "845G" name. ( An AGP higher end graphics card is a much better solution as the onboard video kills memory bandwidth)
Another perk of the 845G is the use of 333Mhz DDR ram. This speed ram IS supported natively in the G series. The board automatically detects 333Mhz DDR and uses it accordingly.
What I have found that I like best about this board is it's overclocking abilities. It has a ton of features.
Adjustments in voltage for CPU, RAM and the AGP slot are all in the BIOS.
It allows various adjustments for RAM as well by Ratio.

5:4
It has a lock feature to run the AGP and PCI respectively at 66/33 Mhz regardless of memory ratio!
If you are looking for a good maybe even great P4 motherboard consider this one. I like it!
