Need to register. Where should I register and what should I register for.
I need like a list of essentials for a 1st baby...suggestions and the like.

Thanks

Probably registering @ Babies r Us & Target?

Congrats! I got an extra "What To Expect When Expecting" book if you want it, for the cost of shipping. We registered at Target and Babies R Us.

Her mom got me a "The Expectant Father" book and her the "What To Expect When Expecting" so I think we are covered on the how to's

People actually register at Target? Wow.

I knew a couple who were registered there. We were going to buy them a teakettle, but someone else already had, so we got a few pictures frames instead.

Congrats. :gift: BabiesRUs and Target seem to be the most common around here.

Moreso BRU, then Target if there is something that BRU didn't have. When you go in, they'll give you a packet with a good checklist of stuff to register for. Really, it is more dependant on the size of your family and their spending habits that determine which models/brands to choose.

Oh, and keep clothing items to a minimum. Just because inventory on the clothing changes so often that peeps might have a hard time finding the one you want.
