I would like it to last a long time, and have room to upgrade in a year or so when it struggles with the new games. After days of research this is what I'm thinking for my first build.

Gigabyte P35-DS3L
Q6600 cooled by ZALMAN CNPS9500 92mm 2 Ball Cooling Fan with Heatsink
2GB Crucial Ballistix PC2 6400
8800GTS 320MB
Raptor 150GB, WD500GB
X-Fi XtremeGamer
Corsair HX620W
Two DVD drives
Floppy
XP Home

Somebody posted a similar setup, with (I think) a larger case, and they decided on a Zalman, but somebody recommended the new Ultima-90. Ultima-90 is smaller, but people seem to have some trouble with getting a compatible fan.

If I stick with the Zalman will it work with the 5604?

Thank you!

You may have to remove the air duct from the door for it to fit - just a matter of 4 screws. If you haven't already seen my review of the 5604, go here: http://www.techimo.com/reviews/ and look in the Cases section - it's way down at the bottom of the list as they used they Yeong Yang name for it. I see the 5601 is on deep discount right now, if the dedicated floppy bay is OK with you. The 5604 and 5605 both have the generic 3.5" external bay so you can put anything that will fit that size bay in there, while you can use only a floppy drive in the 5601's bay unless you cut the bezel out.
