I enjoy reading the sarcastic and imaginative product "descriptions" at woot!. Hell, I read them even when I have no interest in the product.

If they can match the colorfulness of woot! I might be interested.

I checked out jellyfish.com today after I saw it in another thread. The social aspect is really cool and the reverse auction idea seems neat. I have yet to buy anything but from afar it seems cool.

basically on jellyfish they start an "auction" on an item at the max price they sell it for and they go down from there in % off increments. There is always a limited quantity to sell so you can't wait forever to buy the item at like 99% off or something. Its pretty cool. I would check it out.

i thought you were refering to 1saleaday.com.
the submit link on their site for signing up doesnt seem to work (firefox and explorer), looks like a nice site though.

if you like outdoor gear then steapandcheap.com has some cool stuff, bought several things there. they list new items after sell-outs too.

there is also thingfling.com or something like that also. I don't know if they will catch on; Its kinda like the eBay vs. other auction sites thing.

dodtracker.com tracks all those kinds of sites. I've purchased a few bluetooth headsets off of 1saleaday though. They were quick with delivery and all.
