1M digital optical Monster Cable @ OD sells for $19.99, rings up at $0 :)

I found a 1M length optical digital audio cable on the clearance table at Office Depot. It was marked down to $19.99 from $39.99.

Just for fun I asked the clerk to check the price in their system - it rang up at $0.00!

I said "I'll take two!" They said "No way, it's $19.99". The manager mumbled something about it not being in the system (although the SKU WAS VALID) and refused to sell it at $0.00. No need to argue, I didn't expect to get it for nothing

I put it back.

It may be this forum, but for some reason I can't ponder buying anything at OD without having them first look up the REAL price

If you bought a few other stuff and mixed it in there and checked out with a green cashier, you might have gotten away.
