1GB PC3200 Modules that support T1 Timings

I am building a system right now, and i am looking for 1GB PC3200 Modules that support T1 Timings. Anyone know for sure modules support this aggressive timings. That would be (2x1GB) or (2x1024MB) or (128Meg x 64) Now this is a big IF, but IF there was a MB and Memory that supports 4x512 but still at T1 timing levels then i might accepts that, but it depends on the price delta.
