1gb dual-channel RAM under $100

I'm looking for some good but inexpensive dual-channel 1gb (2x512mb) pc3200/ddr400 speed ram for under $100. Recommendations?

My specs right now are:
-MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum
-AMD64 300+ (socket 939)
-512mb mushkin value
-radeon 9600xt
 
I imagine most people are grabbing Corsair Value Select.

They are under 80 bucks for a gig (2x512) these days.
