1GB daul channel or 1.5GB single channel

I have three sticks of conair 512 MB PC3200 EMS memory should I run 1GB in daul channel or 1.5GB in single channel what would you all do.

Seeing how you have a P4 that eats memory bandwidth for lunch, I'd stick with 1gb in dual channel and see if you can sell or trade the 3rd 512 stick for 2x256.
