$1B of TSA Nude Body Scanners Made Worthless By Blog — How Anyone Can Get Anything Past The Scanners
This video is here to demonstrate that the TSA’s insistence that the nude body scanner program is effective and necessary is nothing but a fraud, just like their claims that the program is safe (radiation what?) and non-invasive (nude pictures who?). The scanners are now effectively worthless, as anyone can beat them with virtually no effort. The TSA has been provided this video in advance of it being made public to give them an opportunity to turn off the scanners and revert to the metal detectors. I personally believe they now have no choice but to turn them off.
Please share this video with your family, friends, and most importantly, elected officials in federal government. Make sure they understand that your vote is contingent on them fixing the abuse that 200,000 passengers face from the TSA on a daily basis.

My legal battle against the TSA’s nude body scanner and pat-down molestation program continues in court, soon with a petition to the U.S. Supreme Court. If you’d like to donate to this effort, send PayPal to: jon [at] fourtentech.com

Heh no surprise. Sadly here is how it will go down. We will be forced to strip naked because their new shiny machines dont work.

they should combine the scanner with a metal detector in front. When you go in, it triggers the metal detector and then giant doors come down and lock you in.

Great, now the TSA is going to fix this by making us go through the body scanners AND a metal detecctosr.

Simple fix that they will implement. You have to be scanned facing forwards then sideways.

Double the radiation FTW.

In these samples, the individuals are concealing metallic objects that you can see as a black shape on their light figure. Again that’s light figure, black background, and BLACK threat items. Yes that’s right, if you have a metallic object on your side, it will be the same color as the background and therefore completely invisible to both visual and automated inspection.

so this would be solved with a software update? maybe allowing agents to put in their own custom wallpaper?

automated inspection must be idiotic though if they're passing the image+black background to the software to search.

The TSA has never been anything but the illusion of security. I mean, really, we trust our "national security" to a bunch of corrupt, power-hungry, petty highschool dropouts who aren't even allowed to carry guns? Seriously?

They already do that at some airports, been through too many to remember which ones it was but there have been a couple that I had to turn sideways as well as face front for the scan, but it is definitely the minority of places...sure to become all of them soon I would guess:(

It's a circus used to make people think they're doing something, and to justify their existence. 9/11 was a godsend to the government. It allowed them to grab the power they've always wanted, with little complaint from the subjects. 9/11 was a gift that only comes every few generations or so.

The scanners and pat downs are just for show anyway. It's akin to Lisa's rock keeping tigers away. As I've said for awhile, air traffic is no more or less safe than it was on September 10th, 2001. The truth is that these measures haven't stopped a single attack. In the few attack attempts that have happened, it's been stopped by vigilant passengers or FBI surveillance, not airport security.

And really, what's to stop a terrorist from attacking a train, metro, or the airport terminal itself? Are we going to put security checkpoints everywhere and turn the US into postwar Berlin?

The US could save a lot of money by abandoning the TSA program, and put it to better use through better FBI screening to dismantle terrorist cells at the source.

they already do that, which is why this scanner stuff is pointless

Now the U.S. Department of Homeland Security is issuing an alert to foreign governments. An excerpt posted in the Daily Mirror says: "Our Government has information indicating doctors have offered to help extremists surgically implant explosive devices in humans and animals for terrorist attacks." Another excerpt, quoted by Reuters and ABC News, says DHS "has identified a potential threat from terrorists who may surgically implant explosives or explosive components in humans to conduct terrorist attacks."

Don't worry, the software upgrade will only cost another couple hundred million.

Illusion of security my ass. There has not been a loss of life aboard a US airplane due to terrorism since 911.

Back on topic, isn't the scanner taking 3 D pictures? Beside, you have to go trough a metal detector before you go in the scanner anyway.

And who the F cares if somebody of the same sex sees your naked body. Oh the horror....

Be honest with yourselves. If asked to strip naked for a maximum of probably 10 minutes while in line passing through security, then having your clothes passed through a scanner, and then you passing through the imaging to see if anything is stuffed up a hole, is it really that big of a deal if that's the only way we can ensure our safety?

We were all born naked right? Would it help if maybe the TSA agents were also naked so we could maybe feel more comfortable with the searches?

It's just some nudity to board a flight, and what we get in exchange is our safety.

The TSA hasn't stopped a single domestic terrorism attempt.

No, and no, you don't.

To many pussies in this world afraid of their plane being flown into a building because they know they would just sit there and let it happen. Cannot stand this invasion of privacy because some people want to feel "safe". Pro-tip, it's an illusion you tools.

TSA needs to be disbanded.

Can you still opt out of the fancy scanners? I haven't ever been asked to go through one.
