I noticed that solar chargers seem to all be made in China. Some have solar cells which are made in USA. But they almost all seem exactly the same, just variances in size.

Does anyone know which Chinese facility is producing these and whether or not there is a real difference in brands? I've typically purchased ANKER products, but there are dozens of other off-name brands I've never heard of that seem to have the exact same devices ANKER has.

Highly dubious that anything like this has parts made in america.
I'd stay away from the smaller units that have batteries, those panels are so tiny it'll probably take a week to charge it.
One of the reviews stated the large 21w panel produced 2.5watts on a sunny day, that's 12% of its rating, and managed to output 0.5amps @ 5volts, its like charging from the usb port.
The small one with batteries only has a 1.2watt panel, so it'll probably charge the batteries @ 0.029amps.
Just guesstimating but it'll probably take around 120 hours in the sun to charge that 5000mah battery pack, so maybe 2 weeks if not more.
