19A enough on 12v rail for oc?

i have a single 12v rail on my 420psu and its pushing a X850XT, a winnie 1.8@ 2.2 @1.4volts, 1024DDR400, 2 160GB HD in raid, 4 120mm fans, 1 52x CD-RW, 1 16x DVD-Rom, SB Live! 24-Bit, and a 802.11g card.

19amp and being sigle rail is not enough. AMD will require at least 20amp on stock speed(not overclocked). Also single rail and being low on 12v rail will cause too much surge when full load and using several hardware at the same time.
These days dual 12v rails do better w/ high power cpu, vid and so forth.
maybe you could mod a 2nd PS together and increase the 12v rail on mobo and use its other rails to supply your hardware such as HDD, CDwr, floppy, and fans.
