I started SETI (my 1st DC project) on Oct 16th 1999, & joined TA sometime in Nov '99 🙂.

A few in TA SETI started to use the original SETIQ (CLI version) right at the end of '99 to get over the server outages.

Earliest TA SETI stats thread I have is from Oct 11-17 1999 🙂.
I've since dug up an old PM from Hellburner where he's given me the stats for the Top 100 dating back to 21-9-99 (though fusetalk has screwed up the formatting 😛, which I've now fixed but I've cut out the stats for speed).
