1996 escort horn

I found the summary of the relevant TSB. Does anyone know of a way to disable just the horn on a 1996 Ford Escort? Is there a fuse that controls only that? It's really annoying, and when driving it makes one rather seem like an asshole to have one's horn go off with every turn.

Technical Service Bulletin follows (I didn't write it so don't blame me for the all caps):

Component Description:
88. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:FUSES AND CIRCUIT BREAKERS
Bulletin Number: BC0094960102
Bulletin Date: DEC 1995
Vehicle: 1996 Ford Escort

Summary:
SOME VEHICLES BUILT AFER 1/25/95 MAY EXHIBIT AN INTERMITTENT HORN OPERATION WHILE FUNCTIONING AT VARIOUS STEERING WHEEL POSITIONS. THE HORN IS GROUNGED THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL BEARINGS WHICH AT TIMES DOES NOT COMPLETE THE CIRCUIT. ENGI ( NHTSA ITEM NUMBER - 46419 )

Edit: There wasn't any fuse labeled "horn", fixing it required replacement of the steering wheel

You could just disconnect the connector to the horn. Also, yes there usually is just 1 fuse, usually a 10 amp minifuse, that controls horn function.
